Research Scientist, PhDCVC, Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona
My research interests are in computer vision and machine learning. I am especially interested in learning, recognizing and segmenting visual object categories, by taking into accountd scalable methods for content-based retrieval and visual search.
I was born in Sallent (Catalonia, Spain), on November 1rst, 1985. I´m currently on my first year of the PhD at the CVC (Computer Vision Center) in Barcelona. I´m advised by Dr. Jordi Gonzàlez and Dr. Theo Gevers.
From January 2010 to April 2010, I´ve been doing an stage at the Universiteit van Amsterdam, under the supervision of Dr. Theo Gevers.
