I am currently working as Research Scientist with Helweet Packard decision science analytic business unit(HP-DSAS) . I am working of innovation to improve customer experience. I am working on statistical modeling for customer acquisition and customer attrition model based on structure/unstructured data using state of art machine learning algorithms. Prior to join innovation labs i was working with Indian School of Business,Hyderabad as researcher and developed optimization model for logistics service procurement using combinatorial auction( Service Supply Chains) also developed model for green supply chain networks formation. . I am competent in Operation Research, Decision Sciences, Business Intelligence areas having good domain knowledge of Supply Chain Management, procurement and auctions and simulation and adequate working experience with MATLAB, ILOG- CPLEX., Excel Solver, AIMMS- 3.8, R, SAS Enterprise guide, SAS Enterprise Miner,SAS/STAT, SAS/ASSIT,SAS/ACCES, and MS SQL.
