Assisting Dialogical Agents Modeled from Novice User's Perceptions
This paper is based on the idea of integrating the actual cognitive features of novice users at the core of the design process of the software applications in order to significantly increase the quality of the Function of Assistance. We present the first methodological elements of the construction of such symbolic models that are user-driven assisted applications (as opposed to current code-driven assisting approaches). We present and discuss the required modeling principles for an effective and relevant assistance which are finally illustrated, as an example, on the issue of the Perceptive Aggregates.
