Basic Portal System with the Function of Communication Control for Each User

The Personal Portal is generally used as a communication mean and serves as an entrance to users where they can acquire interested information on the network. We have several problems on the existing Personal Portal. Firstly, the program to realize the Personal Portal located on a specific Web Server gradually becomes large-scaled and complicated, because some Web pages in Personal Portal depend are not always be useful for each user equally. Therefore, in order to solve these problems, we have developed two kinds of new Web Services which are deployed to the network under DACS (Destination Addressing Control System) Scheme. DACS refers to the network management scheme whose communication is controlled by client computers. With the use of these Web Services, each user can create his/her customized Personal Portal, which displays the information regarding the user unit, for using the actual network easily and freely from each other. It leads to a free information usage system.
