—This work presents an efficient data service scheme for location dependent data/objects in a cellular mobile network. It is developed around the hardware structure of cellular automata (¦¨§ ). The ¦¨§ hardware acts as a search engine and performs computation for the data service at a high speed. An encoding technique is reported for the cellular network space that suits effective design of the ¦¨§ hardware and can also support frequent updation of objects in a network. The simulation results establish that the proposed ¦¨§ based technology is almost twice faster than the state-of-the-art solutions with soft computation.
