In this paper, we aim to provide the further evaluation on the recently proposed visualization technique known as Virtual Fly-Over for virtual colonoscopy by using clinical CT colonography datasets. The proposed method mainly consists of two steps: splitting the entire colon anatomy into exactly two halves, and assigning a virtual camera to each half to perform fly-over navigation. We have quantitatively validated the effectiveness of the proposed technique by using 22 real CT colonography datasets. Experimental results have shown that
