An equiconsistency for universal indestructibility

We obtain an equiconsistency for a weak form of universal indestructibility for strongness. The equiconsistency is relative to a cardinal weaker in consistency strength than a Woodin cardinal, Stewart Baldwin’s notion of hyperstrong cardinal.
