RAMP: A rule-based agent for Ms. Pac-Man

Abstract— RAMP is a rule-based agent for playing Ms. PacMan according to the rules stipulated in the World Congress on Computational Intelligence Ms. Pac-Man Contest. Our architecture is still under development, but has thus far achieved a high score of 18,050 and typically scores over 10,000 in the current state of development.
