Socially Inclusive E-learning Models in Companies

: This paper presents different aspects in developing socially inclusive eLearning models to help people with disabilities improving their work life and facilitating their integration in small and medium sized companies (SMEs) or in other organizations. Two international cooperation that have the main aim of developing and implementing eLearning models for people with disabilities who work for different SMEs and also for groups of SMEs, within virtual communities of practice having similar profiles, are given as an example.
