On Sum-Rate Capacity of Parallel Gaussian Symmetric Interference Channels
— In this paper, we study the optimal transceiver structure for achieving sum-rate capacity of a parallel Gaussian symmetric interference channel. Specifically, we derive a set of channel and power constraint conditions such that the total sumrate capacity can be achieved by treating interference as noise in each sub-channel. The property of the optimal power allocation is also characterized for such parallel channels.
