Towards Semantic Service Specification and Discovery

This document presents the research approach of the SEINE project. The goal of the research is to improve the existing methods for service specification and discovery by using ontologies. The product of the research will be an ontology-based method for semantically rich service specification and discovery and infrastructure that implements the proposed method.
