A wearable interface for visualizing coauthor networks toward building a sustainable research community

In this paper, we introduce SCACS, a Social Context-Aware Communication System that facilitates face-to-face communications between old-timers and newcomers in a research community. SCACS provides users with information on coauthor relationships collocutors have in order to help users understand collocutors' research background and relations to own. While the system works so as to help newcomers get better understandings on the research community by meeting old-timers
