In the so-called Information-Explosion Era, astronomical amount of information is ubiquitously produced and digitally stored. It is getting more and more convenient for cooperative works in the sense of information sharing. Information aggregation systems are widely available and search engines are the most useful tools for finding resources on the internet. However, the use of information is not sufficient for cooperative works such as decision making. This is partly because, as the systems get larger, the stakeholders of the systems increase and they are on Asymmetric Information Environment (AIE). We do not share everything on the network.
