In thispaper, the application of Rapid Prototvping in fabricating non-assembly robotic systems is presented. Using the StereolithographyApparatus SLA 190 of the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering of Rutgers University, and the Selective La5er SinteringSinterstation2000 of DTM Corporation of Austin, TX,prototvpes of mechanicaljoints werefabricatedexperimentalb.
