: Spatial Dynamic Simulation Systems have three main components: the space dimension, the time dimension and the dynamic process. Dynamic processes have been modeled by transition rules, which are subject to constraints and which can avoid or force the occurrence of a transition. In this paper we propose a framework to represent the variability of simulation process based on the temporal constraints present in the Database Theory and using the Hybrid Cellular Automata represented by TerraML (cell-based modeling language). Variability is a feature to establish the possibility and change limits of objects at the moment or in the space. The variability, associated to simulation process, allows represent behavioral characteristics of elements in real world, particularly in Spatial Dynamic Systems.
