Quality, Effectiveness and Information Systems: A Literature Review, Synthesis and Research Agenda
Despite numerous frameworks and models proposed in the literature, Information Systems (IS) assessment still remains elusive. Above all, there is little agreement on the contribution of the IS function within an organization and on how IS is related to the other organizational dimensions. This PhD study aims to examine the popular IS quality frameworks, and to suggest a new framework which would integrate available models with new Internet/www dimensions. And hence to test the validity of the new measures proposed on an Internet based Information System.
