Nonsingularity Study of SAI Preconditioners for M-matrices

In this paper, we study the theoretical properties of sparse approximate inverse (SAI) preconditioners. Particularly, we show that for Mmatrices, nonnegativeness is the key to compute the nonsingular SAI preconditioners.
