Notwithstanding all the technology being invested in education, students still have to cope with a massive input of instructional information. However, many insulated initiatives from education community have been put forward. Each initiative by itself may not suffice to change the education landscape. To achieve any noticeable effect, several applications should be brought together into a single application. We propose an enabling technology to involve students in the construction of their own pedagogic content.
