Achieving CMMI Maturity Level 3 by Implementing FEAF Reference Models

The basic purpose of an Enterprise Architecture project is creating integrity among different enterprise components, including processes, systems, technologies, and etc. While CMMI focuses on improving the process of an organization and covers necessary elements relating to one organization distinguished by different maturity levels referenced as level 1 through level 5. In our previous paper [6] a report is provided to depict relations between fulfilling Enterprise Architecture and improving the process based on CMMI model to maturity level 2. In recent paper based on progress in previous research, it is shown that by fulfilling reference models of enterprise architecture in an organization we can reach the maturity level 3.
