The results may inform the design of new collaborative knowledge systems. Author Keywords Wikipedia, wiki, collaboration, conflict, user model, Web-based interaction, visualization. ACM Classification Keywords H.5.3 [Information Interfaces]: Group and Organization Interfaces ? Collaborative computing, Computer-supported cooperative work, Web-based interaction, H.3.5 [Information Storage and Retrieval]: Online Information Systems, K.4.3 [Computers and Society]: Organizational Impacts ?
