Automating business processes especially in the tertiary sector is still a challenge as they are normally knowledge intensive, little automated but compliance relevant. To meet these requirements the paper at hand introduces the KISS approach: modeling knowledge intensive services by enriching business rules semantically and linking rules to processes.
