: This paper develops a matching and scheduling algorithm that accounts for both the execution time and the power consumption of the application. The power consumption of different processors on a variety of tasks is taken into account using a proposed incremental cost function, which is utilized in a low-power dynamic-level scheduling algorithm. This cost function is independent of the topology and can be adjusted to the desired level in such a way that the power consumption of the tasks would effect scheduling.
