Under certain cardinal arithmetic assumptions, we prove that for every large enough regular cardinal, for many regular < , many stationary subsets of concentrating on cofinality has the "middle diamond". In particular, we have the middle diamond on { < : cf() = }. This is a strong negation of uniformization. Key words and phrases. Set theory, Normal ideals, Middle Diamond, Weak Diamond.
