A Portal for Cross-Administrative Acquisition and Specification of Software Requirements

: For the development of software requirements within a team, efficient communication and a systematic approach are necessary. Because of the complexity of the task, the need for software support seems obvious. A requirements portal is an Internet based software application, which provides all parties involved with the current discussion status of the requirements including preliminary versions and open questions. This article shows how such a portal for the support of a process based on the V-model XT is designed in order to improve the cooperation between authorities and local government in the requirements engineering process.
