Towards Supporting Phases in Collaborative Writing Processes

This paper reports on an exploratory pilot study that has been conducted to investigate which collaboration technologies are suitable (and which are not) to support collaborative writing. The study confirmed known requirements covered by existing tools, but also revealed some requirements that are not met by available technologies.
