I am a Research Assistant Professor at Toyota Technological Institute at Chicago (TTIC) since September 2009.
I got my Ph.D. at Carnegie Mellon University in the department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE), as a part of the Advanced Multimedia Processing (AMP) Laboratory. My advisor was Prof. Tsuhan Chen. My research interests broadly include computer vision, machine learning and pattern recognition.
I got my BS, also in ECE, at Rowan University in 2005, where I worked with Dr. Robi Polikar in the Signal Processing & Pattern Recognition Laboratory (SPRL) on several pattern recognition problems.
