Gemma Roig
Student, PhDLa Salle, Universitat Ramon Llull
Gemma Roig received the BS degree in image and sound engineering, the MS degree in telecommunication engineering and the MS in telecommunication networks from La Salle, Universitat Ramon Llull of Barcelona. She is currently a PhD candidate in the Group of Media Technologies, Universitat Ramon Llull. Her research interest included Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Pattern Recognition, Classification, Object Detection, Feature Selection. She has been recipient of several fellowships. Most recently, in 2009, she received the Training of Research Personnel Scholarships Modality B, FI, from Catalan Government.
