This paper describes CENABIO - National Center of Eco-business Management, powered by an intelligent system to support eco-business (SISBIO). By using Artificial Intelligence and Knowledge Engineering techniques, the system is able to retrieve, process, and storage information to help the decision makers. In order to assure the business guarantee, a physical structure will be created, including specialists on the domains of environment, technology and law.
