In this paper we present an educational tool which has been designed to manage (learning) knowledge acquired from the interactions with the students, and to automatically aids educators in the complex process of course design and analysis. In the tool, only some essential learning knowledge will be translated (mapped) and provided to an automatic reasoning system, named ipss. This system, which integrates Artificial Intelligence Planning and Scheduling, analyzes and detects problems in the current tested course, providing new solutions in form of new learning designs that can be approved (or rejected) by educators.
