Students Support Courses's Evolution

This paper presents our experience in providing students with the best course material possible for the distance learning system at the University of Bucharest. We adapted each year to the continuous development of the new technologies but keeping in mind the specific needs of our students. Our experience started in 1999 and during the following years we used many techniques in developing new ways of contents delivery and adapting traditional content to the new ways of learning. At the end of each academic year we ask our students to fill out a questioner about the quality of learning material. Based on their observation and the professor experience we can improve our student support courses. Because we always work for the benefit of our students, the team of technical support works hand in hand with the redactors from our Printing house.
